Bringing PIXELHUE Solutions to Tokyo

From July 2 to 3, 2026, PIXELHUE successfully held the PIXELHUE Tokyo Open Day in Tokyo, Japan, in cooperation with Techno House from the Hibino Group. The two-day event created a valuable opportunity for PIXELHUE to meet Japanese customers face to face, share the latest product experiences, and explore practical live event workflows together with its local partner.

The event welcomed around 100 to 130 visitors in total, including customers, partners, and industry professionals. Many attendees showed strong interest in the newly launched U5 MINI and its flexible control workflows, making it one of the key highlights of the showcase.

Through close collaboration with Techno House, PIXELHUE created an open and focused environment for customers to experience new products, discuss real project needs, and better understand how PIXELHUE solutions can support different live event applications.

A Strong Collaborative Showcase with Techno House

The Tokyo Open Day was built on close collaboration between PIXELHUE and Techno House. As PIXELHUE’s key local partner for this event, Techno House brought strong support across local coordination, customer communication, technical exchange, and on-site organization.

Technical, marketing, and sales teams from both sides worked closely together throughout the event, bringing different areas of expertise into one focused showcase. This collaboration allowed visitors to explore PIXELHUE products not only through live demonstrations, but also through direct conversations with PIXELHUE representatives and local specialists, creating a valuable opportunity to connect product innovation with real customer needs in Japan.

A Product Family Showcase for the Japanese Market

The Tokyo Open Day presented a focused showcase of the PIXELHUE product family, bringing together several high-demand products and practical workflows for the Japanese market. Covering different event scales and production needs, the event allowed visitors to experience how PIXELHUE solutions can support flexible, efficient, and professional live event applications, while also reflecting the broader strength of the PIXELHUE ecosystem across control, switching, live production, and media server workflows.

U5 MINI: A Newly Launched Highlight for Japan

As one of the most important highlights of the event, U5 MINI attracted strong attention from visitors throughout the showcase. Newly launched and designed as a compact professional event controller, U5 MINI responds to the growing demand for portable, efficient, and flexible control tools in modern live event workflows.

For the Japanese market, where compact setups, efficient operation, and reliable performance are especially important across different event environments, U5 MINI offered visitors a highly relevant new option within the PIXELHUE control ecosystem. Its compact form, professional control experience, and flexible application potential made it one of the most discussed products on site.

U5 MINI’s recognition with the Red Dot 2026: Best of the Best award was also displayed as part of the on-site product materials. Together with product videos, visuals, and hands-on experience, the award materials helped visitors gain a deeper understanding of U5 MINI’s design value, professional positioning, and role as a new-generation compact controller.

U5 MINI with P80: Compact Control for Medium-to-Large Events

Beyond the product display itself, U5 MINI was presented together with P80 — 4K Presentation Switcher, showing how compact control can be integrated into a powerful event switching workflow.

Designed for medium-to-large events, this workflow demonstrated how U5 MINI can work with P80 to support flexible output management, stable switching performance, and efficient show control. As one of PIXELHUE’s key products with strong market recognition in Japan, P80 also gave visitors a familiar and practical reference point to understand how U5 MINI can extend the control experience in real event applications.

U5 Event Controller with Q8: Flagship Control for Large-to-Mega Events

For larger and more complex event environments, the U5 event controller with Q8 presented a high-level workflow built around powerful control and flagship switching performance.

As PIXELHUE’s flagship presentation switcher, Q8 is designed for large-to-mega events that require powerful processing, flexible signal management, and stable performance. Paired with the U5 event controller, this area demonstrated how PIXELHUE’s high-end control and switching ecosystem can support large-scale productions, multi-screen applications, and demanding show environments.

U5 MINI with P20-DS: A Lighter Workflow for Small-to-Medium Events

Another U5 MINI setup featured its workflow with P20-DS, presenting a lighter and more accessible solution for small-to-medium events.

With faster setup, compact operation, and reliable professional control, this workflow showed how U5 MINI can support smaller event teams and more flexible production environments. Together with P20-DS, U5 MINI demonstrated its adaptability across different project scales while maintaining PIXELHUE’s professional control experience.

S16: All-in-One Production Switcher for Live Production

The event also featured S16, PIXELHUE’s all-in-one production switcher, as a product showcase for live production, event broadcasting, and multi-camera production applications.

Designed for livestreaming, event broadcasting, multi-camera production, and content creation, S16 brings switching, audio processing, streaming, recording, and control functions into one compact system. The on-site display gave visitors a closer look at S16 and a clearer understanding of its potential in professional live shows, livestreaming, event broadcasting, and content production workflows.

X400 (G1): Media Server Workflow and Visual Presentation

In addition, X400 (G1) was presented as part of the broader workflow demonstration. As a media server, X400 (G1) showed how PIXELHUE solutions can connect with content playback and visual presentation workflows, providing visitors with a more complete view of the PIXELHUE ecosystem across event production, media management, and system-level applications.

Listening Closely to Customers on Site

For PIXELHUE, the Tokyo Open Day was also an important opportunity to bring different teams closer to customers and real project environments. Sophie, Marketing Manager of PIXELHUE, delivered an opening speech on site, while the PIXELHUE marketing team, product development team, and presales engineering team joined the event to work closely with Techno House. Together, the teams communicated product concepts, presented application value, and answered questions from different professional perspectives.

By engaging directly with visitors, the teams were able to gather first-hand feedback from the Japanese market, better understand local workflow needs, and connect customer responses back to PIXELHUE’s product development and communication strategies. This reflects PIXELHUE’s long-term belief in always listening to customers, continuously improving product capabilities, and building stronger brand and service support through close collaboration with local partners.

More Than a Product Showcase

The PIXELHUE Tokyo Open Day was more than a product showcase. It was a meaningful opportunity for PIXELHUE, Techno House, and Japanese customers to connect face to face, exchange ideas, and explore practical workflows for real event applications.

Through hands-on demonstrations, technical discussions, and direct feedback from users, PIXELHUE gained deeper insight into local application needs and customer expectations. The event also strengthened the collaboration between PIXELHUE and its local partner in bringing new products and professional solutions closer to Japanese users.
